Gail Vance, M.D.
Dr. Vance will present “Genetic Services for Hereditary Breast Cancer”
Dr. Vance is a Professor of Medical and Molecular Genetics at Indiana University School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Michigan State University, and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota. She is certified in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics), Clinical Pathology (American Board of Pathology), and in Clinical Genetics and Clinical Cytogenetics (American Board of Medical Genetics). Dr. Vance now serves as the Director of the Cytogenetics Laboratories and Director of the Indiana Familial Cancer Center at Indiana University.
Dr. Vance’s clinical interests are the genetics of cancer and molecular cytogenetics. Dr. Vance has contributed to over 70 publications, and continues to have a wide range of research interests.
